2. Nature Of The Service

  1. 1.The Platform Acts As A Digital Marketing Intermediary Between Parties.
  2. 2.The Platform Is Not A Party To Any Sales Or Lease Agreements Made Between Users.
  3. 3.The Company Is Not Responsible For The Execution Of Any Agreement Made Outside The Platform.

3. Data Responsibility

  1. 1.All Property Details Displayed Are Entered By The Owner Or Developer.
  2. 2.The Company Does Not Guarantee The Accuracy Or Completeness Of The Information.
  3. 3.The Owner Or Developer Bears Full Legal Responsibility For The Accuracy Of The Data.

4. User Registration

  1. 1.The User Is Obligated To Enter Accurate Information.
  2. 2.The Company Reserves The Right To Suspend Or Delete Any Account In The Event Of Incorrect Information Or Illegal Use.

5. Customer Verification And Platform Rights

  1. 1.The User Acknowledges That Registering Data Or Submitting An Inquiry Through The Platform Constitutes Official Communication.
  2. 2.The Company Maintains Digital Records (Logs, CRM, And Tracking Data) To Verify The Source Of Clients.
  3. 3.No Party May Circumvent The System Or Communicate Outside The Platform To Evade The Applicable Commission.

6. Limits Of Liability

The Company Accepts No Responsibility For:

7. Intellectual Property

  1. 1.All Platform Content (Logo, Design, Programming, Tracking System) Is Owned By The Company.
  2. 2.Copying Or Reusing Any Part Of The Platform Without Written Permission Is Prohibited.

8. Termination Of Use

The Company Has The Right To Suspend Or Terminate The Account Of Any User Who Violates The Terms Without Prior Notice.

9. Amendment Of Terms

The Company Reserves The Right To Modify The Terms At Any Time, And Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance Of The Updates.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms And Conditions Are Subject To The Laws In Force In The Arab Republic Of Egypt.
